TaxPrices are shown in USD. The USD amount shown before payment is the total charged by Declaration Desk for that order, including any tax Declaration Desk is required to collect. Declaration Desk will not add any further charge to that amount. Your bank or payment provider may charge separate currency-conversion or transaction fees.
Receipt or invoiceAfter each completed payment, Declaration Desk emails a payment confirmation showing the order reference, amount paid, payment date, and PayPal transaction reference. This email is a payment record only; it is not a tax invoice or other official tax document.
Additional informationWe first review the information already submitted. If a result-changing fact or supporting item is missing, we send one consolidated secure request. Some orders need no additional request. If any requested item remains unanswered, we send one reminder after seven calendar days.
Business dayMonday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed at the seller's registered business location, using Asia/Seoul calendar dates.
DeliveryWithin five business days of payment when no additional-information request is needed; otherwise within five business days after your final requested answer or item is received. Until every requested item is received, that delivery period has not started and we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
RefundsA change-of-mind cancellation receives a full refund if requested before substantive review begins. Substantive review may begin after payment without a separate start email. After it begins, change-of-mind refunds are not available, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We issue a full refund if we miss the applicable delivery deadline, do not deliver, or do not provide the paid scope.
Platform follow-upThree platform question-and-revision rounds, with no expiry, for the same product, version, markets, facts and review units.
Our errorsCorrected free with no time or count limit, outside the three-round limit.
Total liabilityLimited to the amount paid for this work.
Order evidenceBefore PayPal opens, we store the quote reference, accepted terms version and the accepted price lines and scope boundary shown beside the payment control against the PayPal order id. This record has no customer-name, email, company, IP-address or user-agent field. It is retained for 5 calendar years after acceptance, as required by applicable e-commerce record-keeping law, then deleted.
